The data we collect, in order to operate the site, is stored and maintained in our own database on our own servers. Any information or personal data we hold about our members has been given voluntarily when filling in forms such as contact us or create an account.
Once an account has been opened, then it is personal preference that certain information be offered in order to run our services. An eg of this would be a phone number. If a member wants information delivered by SMS, then of course we would need to store a valid mobile phone number.
All information is given willingly which can but not always include, Name, Email Address, Physical Address and Mobile Phone.
All information given is used only for the running of our site and the benefit of our members. No information is moved, sold, given to any third parties for any kind of marketing related services except for our own services which all members have agreed to by offering the information to us in the first instance. An agreement to our terms must also be read and agreed to by all members wishing to sign up and use our services.
